Access request

Access request.

Verified Truth Framework. Confidential research, evidence, and engineering documentation. Access is granted individually upon founder approval.

Why access is gated

The public-facing pages of truth.equiwork.io and /origin/ are openly readable. Everything else, the Living Proofs case detail, the Forge engineering documentation, the demonstration ecosystem, and the research library, contains material developed under significant cost, references unreleased work, and includes operational detail that should not circulate without context.

Granting access takes a few hours to a few days depending on availability. Each request is reviewed personally.

Mutual Confidentiality Agreement

v2.0

By submitting the form below, you enter into the following agreement with EquiWork Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("EquiWork"). Read it before proceeding.

1Confidential Material

The materials accessible through truth.equiwork.io behind this gate ("Confidential Material") include unpublished research, engineering documentation and product architecture, source code, data models and schemas, business logic, methods and know-how, security design, case demonstrations, financial and commercial framing, third-party engagement detail, and forward-looking product plans. This includes the fact and content of these materials and any notes or derivatives you create from them. They are provided in confidence.

2Exclusions

Confidential Material does not include information that (a) is or becomes public through no act or omission of yours, (b) you can show by written record you already held without a duty of confidence, (c) you rightfully receive from a third party free to disclose it, or (d) you develop independently without use of the Confidential Material. Disclosure required by law is handled under clause 12.

3Permitted Use

You may read, study, and discuss the Confidential Material privately with colleagues at your organization who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations and who have a need to know for the purpose you stated in this request. You may not redistribute, publish, post, present, or quote the Confidential Material to any third party without prior written consent from EquiWork.

4No Copying or Extraction

You will not screenshot, screen record, photograph, or otherwise capture Confidential Material for redistribution, and you will not scrape or bulk extract it. You will not upload or submit the Confidential Material to any third party service, including external artificial intelligence or model providers. Personal reading copies for the duration of your own review are permitted; redistribution is not.

5No Reverse Engineering

You will not attempt to derive source code, training data, model weights, schema details, or proprietary algorithms from access to the Confidential Material beyond what is explicitly described.

6No License or IP Transfer

Nothing in this agreement transfers, licenses, or grants any intellectual property right in the Confidential Material to you. EquiWork retains all rights, title, and interest in the Confidential Material. If you give EquiWork feedback, EquiWork may use it without obligation to you.

7Trade Secrets

You acknowledge that the Confidential Material includes trade secrets of EquiWork. Your obligations with respect to trade secrets survive for as long as the information remains a trade secret under applicable law.

8Non-Circumvention

The Confidential Material identifies third parties, including partners, customers, advisors, and named persons such as Yuri Shif, the artists referenced in the Producers project, the wineries referenced in the Tasting and Toasting project, the academic figures cited in the research, and others. You will not approach, solicit, or transact with these third parties on matters covered by EquiWork's existing engagement without EquiWork's prior written consent, for a period of three (3) years from submission.

9Non-Solicitation

You will not solicit for hire, contract, or engagement any employee, advisor, contractor, or named team member of EquiWork or its affiliates for a period of two (2) years from submission, except through general public job postings.

10No Tortious Interference

You will not use access to the Confidential Material to interfere with EquiWork's existing or prospective business relationships, customer engagements, partnership negotiations, or fundraising activities.

11Compelled Disclosure

If law or a court compels disclosure of Confidential Material, you may comply, but only to the extent required, and, where legally permitted, you will give EquiWork prompt written notice in advance so EquiWork can seek protection, and you will cooperate with reasonable efforts to limit the disclosure.

12Return or Destruction

On EquiWork's written request or when your access ends, you will stop using the Confidential Material and will return or destroy it, including copies and derivatives, and confirm this in writing on request. You may retain one copy to the extent required by law or routine backup, which stays subject to this agreement while retained.

13No Warranty

The Confidential Material is preliminary and provided as is. EquiWork makes no warranty of accuracy or completeness, and you will not rely on it as a basis for any decision without independent verification.

14Term and Survival

This agreement is effective on submission and remains in force for five (5) years from the date of submission, or until EquiWork releases you in writing, whichever comes first. Obligations concerning trade secrets survive as stated in clause 7. Clauses 3 through 13 and 15 through 20 survive termination to the extent needed to give them effect.

15Equitable Remedies

You acknowledge that breach of this agreement may cause irreparable harm to EquiWork for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and that EquiWork is entitled to seek injunctive relief and specific performance, without needing to post a bond where the law allows, in addition to any other remedies available at law.

16Governing Law and Venue

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

17Assignment

This agreement binds you and your successors. You may not assign it without EquiWork's written consent. EquiWork may assign it in connection with a reorganization or transfer of its business.

18Entire Agreement and Amendment

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and EquiWork regarding access to the Confidential Material. It supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications on this subject. Modifications require a signed writing from an authorized officer of EquiWork.

19Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

20Electronic Acceptance and Record

You agree that submitting the form is your electronic signature and that you consent to transacting and keeping records electronically. You acknowledge that EquiWork records your acceptance, including the details you submit, the agreement version and the text you accepted, the date and time, and technical metadata, as evidence of acceptance. On request EquiWork will give you a copy of what you accepted.

21Acknowledgment

You represent that you have authority to bind yourself and, where applicable, your organization, to this agreement. You confirm that the information you provide in this form is accurate.
