The Demonstration Ecosystem

Seven live portals. Different verticals. One substrate. None of these are mockups — they are operational demonstrations of the Verified Truth framework at different maturity levels.

Live Platform

Each row below is a live URL. The framework is not a single product — it is a substrate of operational capabilities that composes into distinct verticals. Each demonstration is an independent instance running on production infrastructure.

Business Agreements The flagship — equity, services, consulting contracts with full lifecycle
Create → Freeze → Sign A → Sign B → Canonical with SHA-256 hash anchoring. First canonical record sealed April 2026. ~80 API routes, 60/60 tests passing.
Pilot Open Live Demo
Verified Truth Portal The framework as research — calibrated claims, named precedents, honest gaps
Living research documentation: the framework's position across eight intellectual fields, seven structural moves, sixty-three calibrated claims, forty-five web-verified references.
Research Open Live Demo
Object Passport (CAP) Digital life record for high-value physical objects
Six-block record structure: basic info, photo protocol, condition, expert inspection, storage, restoration. Four-view access architecture: owner, buyer, insurance, restorer.
Prototype Open Live Demo
AI Provenance Bounded-AI architectural commitment, operational
Cultural provenance vertical for AI-assisted art. The most explicit demonstration that AI can assist but structurally cannot transition records to canonical state. Seven interconnected views; NDA + OTP gate live.
Prototype Open Live Demo
Tasting & Toasting The first complete vertical built on EquiWork Core — external-customer architecture (separate Delaware Corp licenses the CAP substrate)
Single web portal covering Wine CAP, Bottle Passport, Winery Passport, and Event Engine module. One login serves all modules. Stara Winna Góra first winery conversation underway. The first complete demonstration that the substrate can support an end-to-end product, not just a single feature.
Prototype Open Live Demo
Study Workspace Structured research environment — five-layer interpretive stack
Source / Commentary / Interpretation / Reflection / Review visible at the UI level. Two operational wings (General research cockpit, Zohar manuscript room) share the same architectural substrate.
Prototype Open Live Demo
Verification Training Serious game teaching verification pattern recognition
Seven languages with RTL support. Trains anyone — not just researchers — to recognise verification gaps in everyday consumer and professional contexts. Pedagogical reach where other verticals have commercial reach.
Prototype Open Live Demo
Research — concept or design, no implementation Prototype — built, not yet piloted Pilot — first partner or paying user Production — live operation at scale

What the pattern shows

Different verticals — agreements, art provenance, object passports, wine, study, training — are not seven separate products. They are seven operational instances of the same substrate of twelve capabilities (identity, provenance, evidence, review, human approval, ownership, version history, handoff, audit, access control, bounded AI, export and interoperability).

One substrate. Many verticals. The substrate is reusable; verticals do not reinvent it.

What this page is NOT

  • Not a product catalogue. The seven rows are not seven products on sale. They are operational instances at different maturity levels.
  • Not exhaustive. Future verticals (Scientific Knowledge Passport, aviation provenance, biotech reagent provenance, professional credentialing) will be added when they reach demonstrable state.
  • Not a benchmark. The status labels (Research / Prototype / Pilot / Production) are honest maturity calibrations, not competitive claims.
  • Not a marketing site. Marketing rhetoric ("the world's first", "the leading", "the only") is structurally absent. Each demonstration is on its own current footing.

For depth

For the calibrated, iceberg-backed reading of each demonstration — its current state of evidence, capabilities used, strengths, and explicit "what this does NOT claim" boundaries — see Living Proofs. The deeper substrate of twelve capabilities, seventeen industrial precedents, and eight academic foundations is documented in the internal research library, available to scientific reviewers and strategic advisors on appropriate access tier.
